Very simple. We will LISTEN to you and your situation. We will ask some questions to understand your health history and goals, and determine if we think we can help you. From there we'll go over all options and next steps and then its up to you!
We DO qualify to take HSA payments! (Healthcare Savings Accounts) Most insurance, however, will not cover Functional Nutrition Services. (even though we think they should) We have several options to get you started that are affordable.
The beautiful thing about our programs is that it can be done from ANYWHERE! If you are in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, we would love to see you in person in our Draper offices. The whole team is here along with a Nurse Practitioner for your Rx needs.
No. We ultimately focus on nutrition and other lifestyle factors to get your health and weight back on track. Supplements may support this, and when necessary, we'll make recommendations. We do not 'require' any supplements during the program. However, supplements can sometimes be a vital part of your process. All of this will be covered throughout your program and can always be added/adjusted along the way, and ultimately, the decision is always yours.
YES! This is one of the main benefits that makes us different! We're still a bit old fashioned and love to meet in person face to face! (although virtual also works) We are very hands on and offer a comprehensive, in depth, personal program for you. You will have one coach you work with, however the team works together in the background for additional problem solving and support to give you the best service possible.
Not only do we have weekly one on one sessions with you; you will often communicate with your Coach several times a week. We are here to meet you where you are at and get you where you want to be!
If that sounds like too much support for what you need, don't worry, we have several other coaching program offers including self paced courses and at times group coaching! Truly something for everyone!

Hi! We are Jeff and Ronda Green. We've been involved in the fitness and nutrition industry from a young age. We love using our experience and knowledge to help individuals like you transform your approach to nutrition, weight loss, and healthy living. We focus on identifying the root causes of your challenges and empower you to take control and change your life.
Jeff is certified through NASM as a Fitness and Nutrition Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist, and is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor.
Ronda is certified through NASM as a Nutrition Specialist, a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Functional Blood Chemistry Analyst, with a degree in Business Management.
We are high school sweethearts, with one daughter, Hailee, and two stubborn bulldogs. We grew up in South Dakota and now live and work in Utah, where we are deeply involved in coaching and helping people live better lives.
